PACKING STYLE:
16-20 HLSO 300g(8pcs) x 6 trays per master carton
21-25 HLSO 260g(9pcs) x 6 trays per master carton
31-40 HLSO 220g(10pcs) x 6 trays per master carton
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Deep fry in pre-heated oil at 180°C for approx. 2 and a half minutes for 16-20, 2 minutes for 21-25 and 1 and a half minutes for 31-40. Do not thaw before cooking and Do not overcook as this causes the prawns to shrink.
STORAGE:
Keep frozen at minus 18°C or below.
Do not re-freeze if thawed.
